The mutual relation of the Mind-Body clarify the origin of life. Planck discovered the Planck Constant with microscopic face immediately before Newtonian mechanics finished. Einstein found out the special theory of relativity for the equivalence of mass and energy, later Einstein field equations of General relativity with macroscopic face. The writer explains the energy of mind and universe with the Planck Constant. The spectrum of hydrogen and the energy of electroencephalogram are discussed with quantum chemistry
